OK, so I lied... I said I'd never do it, but I was curious and created a MySpace. I am still not a fan of the site. Don't get me wrong, it is fun creating your very own personalized space to communicate with family, friends, bands, etc. It can be very beneficial. I am just not a fan of all the crap that you see on it. I mean, in today's society and culture it seems that temptation for men is all around us, and sites like this promote it. I hate it. Having a son makes you change perspective on what you bring inside your household. My son is only two, but when do you start censoring what can come in your house, and what stays out? Do video games influence kids? What about music? What about the Internet? How far do you go before you are being to restrictive and cause them to eventually rebel? And if you don't want to be overly controlling like that... how much should you let go? I know that I won't budge on certain items, but it scares me. I feel that everything I do is going to affect the outcome of my son's decisions. I guess in the long run, you do your best to protect them, and hope (and pray) for the best.
So, yes, I created a MySpace. It is www.myspace.com/andy3space . You will have to send a friends request and I will have to approve you before you can get in to see it. You really should check it out, leave a comment, stay awhile. :) Miranda helped me figure out how to set it up. She is a junkie. It is cute though, 'cause she made me her top friend. I feel special. Anyway, I have to rush off to work. Only two more days left until the weekend. Saturday we are going to Mark and Corky's house to swim in the pool and grill some burgers. That is always fun. We have the best friends here. I'm going to miss them when we leave. Cya! God bless!

I like what you wrote hun! It's true...you never know if your grip is too tight or if it's not tight enough when it comes to your kids! All we can do with our baby is give him over to God and pray for guidance as his parents! Kudos to you though for changing your life! Believe that that alone will be a huge impact on our childrens lives and how they are raised! Lots of love!
